Watched the @thismorning interview with @cherryhealey Lots of inaccurate information that concerned me - it’s a big no to drinking cranberry juice for example. And no mention of hiprex as a non-antibiotic UTI treatment. m.youtube.com/watch?v=AXSsgw…

Prof ML advised not to drink to excess with a UTI when on antibiotics because it flushed them out quicker. Makes sense.
Reading more on evidence and guidance around increased hydration in rUTI. Fascinating to find what I have glossed over in the past as un-important
The amount of eye-rolling I have seen among medical professionals when talking about women with chronic Lyme, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, EDS/POTS/MCAS, long COVID, etc as though they are hysterical crazies makes me furious. technologyreview.com/2024/02/28/108…
