I would give @AmericanAir a 2 star review for trip and that’s only because you got my bag that was left in Charlotte because they didn’t put it on my connecting flight to me the following day in London
I will never take @AmericanAir again. Worst travel experience of any airline I have ever taken. Not one part of my trip going and coming was easy ….now flight canceled
