If Tocchet is still coaching the Flyers after this season, he might end up ruining the rebuild. Which should be impossible for a coach to do. We saw it with Petey, we're seeing it again with Michkov. This coach is a literal terrorist.
Imagine if we did the obvious thing and kept Brad Shaw by making him head coach.

Philly fans aren't built for hockey. Everyone wanted a rebuild 3 years ago and got one. Now they're all fed up with being bad. Hate to break it but rebuilds last a little longer than 3 years.
If I could buy Flyers 10 year bonds right now I so would. Unreal levels of pessimism from fans over nothing.

I'd trade for Lukas Reichel right now if I were the Flyers. The Canucks did not give him a proper chance and he still has major talent and solid potential.

Tomasino on waivers? This guy is a bonafide top 9 forward. Pretty great scoring at young ages, someone's gotta nab this guy. Unfortunately I don't think the Flyers do.
Kinda a bummer that the Flyers can only retain one contract this season. Retaining Laughton was definitely worth it though
