Last week, our Associates concluded Module 1 with an Investor Panel and Press Conference Simulation - a unique exercise that bridges business theory with real-world pressure.
Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Dubai Business Associates (DBA) programme inaugurated its 11th cohort earlier this month at One&Only One Zaabel.
Our associates recently spent a full day at The Courtyard Playhouse, immersing themselves in an improv and storytelling workshop. Workshops like these are a vital part of the DBA journey, helping associates develop not only hard skills but also creativity and adaptability.
From collaboration to customer centricity, our Associates have been building strong foundations for their DBA journey. An engaging start that sets the tone for the months ahead.
DBA Year 11 Associates began their journey with CAPADEV’s Induction Boot Camp, tackling a UAE fragrance industry case and exploring Dubai’s evolution from pearling village to global hub under the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
DBA Year 11 Associates took part in Discover Dubai, a team-building day curated by Bon Education. Highlights included an Amazing Race-style tour of Bur Dubai, Deira and the Etihad Museum, followed by a traditional Arabic dinner with Emirati alumni.
Last week, we welcomed 26 associates to DBA Programme. Orientation Day featured a welcome from Falcon and Associates, sessions from PwC Academy, CAPADEV LLP and Bon Education, and an alumni panel with Jana Laura, Leya A. and Fikri Arman, moderated by Surkhel Yousafzai
