Today, @GovofCO announced that @ColoradoDOT will not move the 8.5M-pound boulder that fell on Hwy. 145 near Rico 1.5 weeks ago. Instead, it will re-build the road around what will now be known as Memorial Rock, saving the state $200K and creating a new tourist attraction.
