Hand holding a new user to crypto is STILL a NIGHTMARE. Which L1? Or L2? Or….L3,4,5? Which category? Which meme? Why memes? Which wallet? Self custody? Private keys? Hard wallet? Yes there was a data leak….but…? Which discord? Which news source? And on and on.
The fragmentation of crypto user base to 200+ diff blockchains, L2s, L3s etc Is a complexity hurdle that honestly - is killing crypto. I get it, we do need innovation but the 0-1 for new users/businesses is SO difficult rn.

The 2021 thesis for NFTs were predominantly, - Use across trad gaming, - Tokenized irl assets, - Identity/pfp - Preservation of digital history/collectibles I’m still a big believer in the above, but tbh I think the timelines are WAYYY longer than anyone expected.
If we get an L4 I'm leaving.
I understand we need Layer 2s. But WTF do we need L3s for? If an L2 needs an L3 doesn't that make it a garbage L2? 😅
