Finishing the panel discussion today, after some hefty questions, on #ValuingMedEd and the need to support educators to have time to train and deliver training
Prof Chris Whitty is giving the @MedicalEducator Calman lecture He highlights how demographic changes will hugely (& predictably) reshape health needs - and therefore #MedEd The population is increasingly diverging, requiring v different medical provision across UK.
