We are appalled that @ColumbiaSpec refuses to publicly apologize for using a photo of a different Asian student in an article about @DIdocumentary team member Julie Moon. Survivors should not have to experience racism when they bravely come forward. Julie deserves an apology.

Paid a visit to @Columbia to wrap up filming. Nice mansion, PrezBo! (Fun fact: it even has an elevator!)

Still no acknowledgement from @EDcivilrights that this was clearly not a tech glitch. Meanwhile, Suzanne Goldberg remains in charge. #DeliberatelyIndifferent

"Roskin-Frazee was muted less than a minute into her speech after she addressed the Deputy Assistant Secretary ... at OCR, the department overseeing these hearings. That role is held by Suzanne Goldberg, who previously worked at @Columbia." buzzfeednews.com/article/amberj…

Today, @knowyourIX released a report outlining an alarming trend. We found that almost 40% of student survivors who report to their school are pushed out. What's worse, since we conducted the survey, more of the survivors we interviewed have been pushed out of school.

Or ignore workers being sexually harassed. #CUContractNow

Do you know what what we learned first-hand that teachers and students need? Employees at the Office for Civil Rights who do not have a history of trying to silence survivors of campus sexual violence. We're waiting ...

Congratulations to our new Secretary of Education, Dr. Miguel Cardona. A career educator, @SecCardona understands first-hand what teachers and students need to succeed and will be critical to re-opening our schools safely.

Solidarity with graduate student workers at Columbia! They've fought for Columbia to protect them from sexual harassment, but Columbia chooses to be #DeliberatelyIndifferent. #CUContractNow!

2 years is long enough! If we don have a fair contract by March 15, we will strike! #CUContractNow #CUOnStrike

Solidarity with graduate student workers at Columbia who continue to demand that Columbia protect workers from sexual harassment. Instead, Columbia chooses to remain #DeliberatelyIndifferent. #CUContractNow!

OTD in 2016, Columbia College Student Council informed the student body of their quest for triple-ply toilet paper. Columbia ultimately approved an estimated $3 million for the toilet paper, but refused to allocate $180k to their rape crisis center. #DeliberatelyIndifferent

OTD in 2020, Columbia distributed an "anonymous" well-being survey that sent personalized emails to students' monitored school email addresses if students expressed feeling unhappy. What if admin spied on rapists the way they spy on struggling students? #DeliberatelyIndifferent

On this day in 2018, Columbia's Title IX coordinator told a survivor to drop out of a class necessary to graduate because they refused to grant the survivor her disability accommodations. #DeliberatelyIndifferent
