Just wondering @DavidMalocco are you publishing a book exposing the Revenue liars and the other liars in the DPP involved in that farce of a case they brought against you?
The truth @WexfordsBest is that they sanctioned that tax case against @DavidMalocco despite the fact they had zero evidence to shut up his criticism of the DPP and Revenue. Revenue were caught lying but do you think they will be done for perjury? Like f*ck they will.
The big question now is if Jules Thomas will be charged with obstruction of justice in the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier.

Supreme Ct v Graham Dwyer is fundamentally wrong. Mobile tracking was illegal. To state that “the remaining evidence available...was more than sufficient to establish attribution beyond any reasonable doubt” is nonsense. Had the law been properly applied he'd have been acquitted.
