I think Resident Evil Requiem is going to flop. No demo despite having one for "influencers" & shoving a bunch of ads into their $70 game. Surprised the game isn't $60 like Pragmata (which still has no PS5 demo). Pragmata seems like the gameplay sucks but the story might be good.

The Saudi Slop tournament formerly known as EVO decided to have a Smash clone (which is not even a real fighting game) instead of a Mortal Kombat game. This could also have something to do with Netflix ruining everything they touch too. But I'm not watching it this year anyway.
So Playstation replaced the avatars for the advent calendar with wallpaper. They just continue to hate avatars this gen. The wallpaper isn't even usable on Playstation making it even more of a slap in the face.
Miary Zo is now available in Tekken 8. Not my type of character but I might try her eventually when the season pass goes on sale.
I was late in trying the game but after finishing Expedition 33, I think it's Game of the Year. It was Death Stranding 2 for me as GOTY before that. Both are really good games but after each game was finished I found myself wanting to play more Expedition 33.
I don't know why Battlefield wasted its time on a battle royale mode that nobody wanted. There STILL isn't a Dinosaur VS mode which is what the community has wanted for years. I'll never play the battle royale as I already know it's garbage made to attract the CoD slop audience.
I'd give the campaign of Battlefield 6 a 7/10. The story wasn't that interesting & I only liked a few characters. I expected to fly a jet with Limp Bizkit playing in the background based on the marketing but none of that ever happened. The multiplayer is a 9/10 though.
I'm glad that Battlefield 6 is releasing at a time when Tekken 8 only cares about releasing broken DLC characters. I'll be able to easily avoid the Armor King & Miary Zo shitshow. Season 3 patch should be available by the time I go back to Tekken 8.
The Battlefield 6 beta is good. I like that squad members can revive you even if they're not playing as a medic.
The patch doesn't mention it but the load times have been improved on PS5. This made it so that the main menu doesn't feel as laggy anymore when you have a custom character set to be shown on the main menu instead of the default.

All characters for season 2 of Tekken 8 have been revealed. I'm glad I never purchased season 2 because this has been the worst season yet (especially when it comes to the DLC characters). I hope season 3 is better but until then I'll be playing BF6 while I wait for Alex in SF6.
After watching the new Fantastic Four movie I can honestly say that Marvel finally made a good movie about the Fantastic Four. It took them a while but they did it.
I remember when I first watched wrestling & thought it just wasn't for me. I didn't even really understand what it was all about until I was told to go watch some of Hulk Hogan's old matches. If it wasn't for him I would've never been a wrestling fan. RIP Hulk Hogan.
