I got through the other day and said here is a collection number for the parcel I’ve sent can you track she said in an accent I could barely understand this is not at address you say you sent to. I cannot tell you where it’s gone for security reasons! It’s my parcel I’ve sent 😡

@dpduk_ the worst delivery service ever. Every. Single. Time. Drivers never seem to be able to find out address. Why do companies use you for deliveries? Always inconvenienced whenever there's a delivery from you. I wait in especially and every time driver cannot find address.

@dpduk_ having paid extra for a Sunday delivery which did not arrive, u would think your call centre would do everything to help, no chance, they did not care less, apparently it’s my responsibility to sort it out, very poor service.

Yeah i had driver like that, claimed to knock. I have 2 dogs one barks the second someone touches our gate, gate needs opening to get to door. What the idiot didnt know and didnt care when he delivered another parcel yday (still waiting one in question) is it is 4g wifi to get my
