"The Kraken" was a many tentacled legal challenge to the election and it was planned far in advance. Ginni Thomas knew all this.

Theonomy was supposed to occur when Jesus returned. After the rapture. A supernatural event. They decided let's change the script. We don't want to wait anymore. A massive reinterpretation of Christian doctrine. Some would say a heresy.

The Republicans have projected (telegraphed) everything they are doing, have done, and plan to do onto the Democrats. Nearly without fail. It's clear and will become even more clear with time. Much of our country is oblivious and Republicans counted on that, correctly.

What's endlessly frustrating to me regarding Trump is he's a mirage. A great deal of those who support him have no idea what is coming. They are attracted to his populism. He is a folk hero to them. He might not even know what's coming. All this may soon not matter.

It's over folks. Welcome to a new America.

It's happening. It's been in the works for more than 8 years. The only people shocked are those not paying attention. I myself was 4 years behind.

One thing that my parents, who lived through the collapse of the Shah's regime, always told me is that they were surprised with the speed and ferocity with which it happened. Things that seemed impossible one day were simply happening the next.

City people tend to dislike country people and country people tend to dislike city people. What neither of them understands is we depend on each other. This is the core of American politics right now.

#Trump revealed something in the #debate that demands explanation (and possibly investigation). When speaking about #Putin invading #Ukraine: “This was his dream. I talked to him about it.” Was this before, during, or after Trump blocked sales of Javelin missiles to Ukraine?

He has the supreme Court in his pocket.

The Supreme Court is saying a President can publicly lie about anything whether he believes it to be true or not and is immune from whatever consequences result.

I don't give a shit what the Supreme Court said. I saw what happened on January 6th. That fucker did nothing about the violence for 187 minutes while Capitol Police were attacked. There's nothing "official" about that. trump is GUILTY.

Trump did say women should be prosecuted for having abortions so let's discuss that?

Those arguing debates usually don't matter much are, I'm afraid, missing the point. It's not that Biden "lost" the debate. It's that we can't un-see what we've seen: that Biden's not up to another term as president.

Don't be surprised at everything that is happening. They are slowly but surely capturing all of the "7 Mountains" and we will soon reach a point where dissent is no longer effective or even permitted.

In Fischer v US, a 6-3 Court has narrowed the “otherwise” clause in the federal statute criminalizing obstruction of an official proceeding. That upends lots of the J6 convictions and will likely force Jack Smith to narrow parts of the election interference indictment vs Trump.

The other effect is how this will embolden future events like Jan. 6, which very well could be intentional.

The Supreme Court says the Justice Department overstepped by charging hundreds of Jan. 6 rioters with obstruction, marking a decision that could force prosecutors to reopen at least some of those cases.

We are in a new era.

Yesterday it was SEC vs. Jarkesy, today it's Chevron. What does this combo mean? Every Federal agency can now be challenged and undermined, and basically has no statutory legitimacy. All regulation delegated to them is effectively repealed, and Congress has to directly regulate…

No matter how you try to spin it, Joe Biden looks old and weak. Trump is still Trump but who can beat him?

He's gonna be the best dicktator the world has seen. There's never been anything like it.
