BDMS is extremely saddened to share the news of the tragic loss of Yasbrat Habtamu. Yasbrat was a well liked, respected, and valuable member of our 2005 boys team. He was a passionate and dedicated soccer player that spent countless hours playing the game he loved (1/3)

Conditioning for young athletes should come in the form of a game with a ball rather than a measured distance and a stopwatch. Games are highly motivating and self regulating which allows the athletes to cover great distances but not reach their physiological limits. #LTAD
