A man just murdered a woman in cold blood in public, in front of multiple people, with her blood dripping off of him, and not a single man did anything to stop him. Just let him walk away. Society filled with cowards & monsters.
Blaming an entire race for societal issues is a lazy excuse for failing to address actual problems.
Adoring someone who rolls their eyes at our presence.... even worse, if the person asks you for a favor or wants to spend time with you again you jump for joy, they would find joy digging a hole to bury you in, and would be friendthe shovel they used to dig the hole.. 😭
It's a tough pill to swallow, but sometimes we set ourselves up for disappointment by assuming we hold a bigger place in someone's life than we actually do.
Why do you assume when someone cannot see your worth that the faults lies with you and not in their vision?
Trauma makes you tolerate people who treat you poorly because you're afraid of loosing them. Healing makes you realize that you should be afraid of losing yourself by trying to please everyone.
