Heading to Texas from North Carolina, so I decided to get some BBQ before I left where they know it means pulled pork and not just a verb done to any meat.

Hey @UPS, why can I not speak to a person on the phone? Why do you tell me what time the package is going to be delivered and then deliver it at a different time? Why not just leave my package instead of a note telling me to wait for you again tomorrow? Signed, Frustrated

Love this idea to gameify data and making it personal to help responders connect actions and reporting with their life...

How to build data literacy in the fire service: Fairfax provided annual responder stats - where did you run calls, what types of calls, how many IVs, etc. When they complain they did more, you can point out that they may not have entered everything they should have in reports.

Data use must be tied to data collection - and data use must be dynamic to generate the most value. Applications like #MARVLIS are real game-changers in how we consume data.

"We collect lots of data, but what are we doing with it?" CRR begins with an identification of risk by analyzing multiple sources. We have asked that exact question with #MARVLIS and can view it dynamically as a model to visualize risk at any moment. #FireDAWG @IAFC #FRI2025

I have created several Custom Mini Banner Tabletop Displays and really love the impact value for the cost and speed of delivery. These folks are fast and do quality work! yotpo.com/go/hZ9FQy3H

Brent Myers of ESO is discussing the advantages of machine learning that I have been preaching for years with #MARVLIS. Not all calls are equal and not all times of a day have equal demand - so we need to utilize that data we already have to dispatch more appropriately! #NCAEMSA
