After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time. We talked about NRS 338 and collective bargaining.

Outrageous. I think that I should unionize public commenters. Our demands: 10 minutes per speaker, calling in any position (support/neutral/opposition) that you want, and the constitutional right to repeat testimony. Commenters will strike if #nvleg says put it in writing.
I don't want to rain on anybody's parade today, but it's a documented fact that public comment has never changed a single elected official's vote in the entire four billion years the Earth has existed.
