Also while away, I finished logging 500 miles in my @ASICSamerica Kayano 23s (the shoe at left in this photo). I’m now alternating a new pair of 23s with a pair of 24s—and I’m training for October’s @LBMarathon.
So, that was eight months away from Twitter. Much of that time was spent growing my hair, thinking about cutting it, and remembering that the last time I cut it I quickly regretted it.
