Wow. This is so maddening. Gatekeepers of all stripes, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, etc have no place in gaming.
Honestly I thought this would go without saying but don't be like this guy. #DnD is for everyone and forcing the characters you can play to be based on who you are, or are perceived to be, is limiting at best and sexist/misogynistic/transphobic at worst.
