Please can we stop calling them “soft skills”? They’re not soft. They’re actually quite hard, because otherwise everyone in leadership positions would have them. Just because something is difficult to quantify, doesn’t make it soft.

Incidentally, some don't realise that R and RStudio are not the same thing. The stuff you read on the internet will probably make more sense if you have this information, that's why I'm mentioning it (e.g. upgrading R != upgrading RStudio)
