LASTMA folks are back to their old ways. They apprehended me on my way home yesterday. They are on Ikorodu Road this morning stopping vehicles. Those guys are out for blood.
I hate what politicians&their ilks are trying to do. I’m the only Yoruba in my office, people just say stuff about Yorubas. In reality the Yoruba ppl I know don’t do any of these things. I don’t need to justify anything but it’s crazy fighting ourselves because of these things.
It’s useless bringing God into elections as it has never worked for any country in the world and Nigeria won’t be an exception. This country is never leaving the trenches. That’s one thing I’m certain about.
House help called yesterday and she was telling me she voted APC. I respect her choice though but the day we’ll have serious problem will be the next time she complains she’s broke,her children haven’t eaten or her husband is jobless. She voted APC to continue the good work.

I’m not sure war ravaged countries are going through half of what we’re experiencing in Nigeria right now. No money, no petrol, no power supply, insecurity. When you think Buhari can’t go any lower, he surprises us with the lowest of the low.
The fuel in my tank is almost empty, no light, no fuel in the generator. I eventually bought 12 litres of petrol N4000. I’d have gotten 24 litres for N4000 in the past. Thanks to everyone involved.

Always live like your phone might get stolen or you might get robbed. Hence, the need to back up cannot be overemphasized. There are important things on that phone that I can never recover anymore.
I have already made the biggest mistake in 2023. I gave two unknown guys free ride on my way from work yesterday. I put all the phones (including the office phone)where I could easily assess them while I focus on driving. The one that sat beside me stole the most expensive one.

I attended a public school in Lagos while BAT was governor of the state. Public schools were dilapidated, we didn’t have furniture in our classes. We had to bring chairs from our respective homes. BAT didn’t do anything spectacular imo. Fashola revamped public schools in Lagos.
This year would have been a 10 out of 10 if not for this minor setback. One can’t always have it all. We go again in 2023.
I’ll change this car before my next birthday. Tweeting it into existence.
