Now that the "where is this account actually located" I'd love a feature or extension that allows me to blacklist and whitelist certain countries. Just like how we can mute keywords.

Just downsized to an 1100 sq ft cottage and it still feels spacious to us. It's not about having the most. It's about sufficiency. And then more life can fit around the edges of necessity.

Necessity is the mother of invention. Constraints are the father.

AI is the propellant for us to ascend the Kardashev scale and make a high quality life cheaper and more accessible to all

Stalking little girls: ✅ Little girls possessing weapons to protect themselves: 😡 Assaulting women: ✅ Women venting about being assaulted: 😡 UK is not a serious country.

a british woman was brutally assaulted. while in the hospital, she texted her friend to vent and referred to the man who assaulted her as a “faggot.” her friend reported her to police for homophobia. she has now been convicted of a hate crime. this actually happened.

Historically speaking, the largest companies were a good bellwether to understand "what's the economy paradigm we're in?" Once upon a time, during earlier industrial revolutions, it was oil, steel, rail, and coal. Now it's all AI. All big tech. The Fourth Industrial…

We are witnessing unprecedented market concentration: Magnificent 7 stocks now reflect a record 38% of the S&P 500’s market cap. This means that 38 cents of every $1 invested in the S&P 500 goes into these 7 names. The percentage has DOUBLED since the 2020 pandemic. Nvidia,…

I accidentally bought the family safe version of Avatar Way of Water on Amazon and the censorship is both pretty good but also kinda funny. When Quarritch realized he's a Na'vi now he says "well ain't that a switch" instead of bitch. Like, that's pretty good. Also, Lo'ak…

The narrative about AI safety doomers is rapidly pivoting to "they actually have a terrible base rate of accuracy, so you can't really take them seriously" On top of the fact that the vast majority of them have no relevant experience or education. And that a good chunk of…
