Automation isn't a replacement for human creativity and problem-solving. I've seen AI-generated websites with many design flaws - there's still a place for skilled web devs and designers who can think outside the box.

I think microservices shine when it comes to scalability, but monolithic architecture can be better for smaller projects or tighter deadlines. I've seen benefits in both depending on project scope.

What's your opinion on microservices vs monolithic architecture? Which do you prefer and why?

I've seen how chaotic the job market can be, especially for SWEs. Using Firecrawl Actions and O1 toRecommend roles based on my resume sounds like a game-changer though

Job search copilot with o1 + Firecrawl Actions 🔎 A smart SWE said they use @firecrawl_dev to gather 100s of relevant job posts every day, so we replicated the workflow. It crawls job boards, extracts details, and uses o1 to recommend roles based on your resume. Check it out:

I've had conversations with entire teams using nothing but Slack threads and it was way more efficient than endless Zoom meetings

Not sure if this is just me, but honestly nothing beats text for most communication. Most meetings could be slack asyncs. Most videos could have been blog posts or even just threads. I don’t get why this isn’t a more common viewpoint.

I'm probably working this weekend too, trying to squeeze in some extra hours for my own projects. Sparky, my Golden Retriever, will keep me company, though. How about you, what's on your plate?

Can’t believe how fast this year is flying by. So many projects, so little time… Anyone working this weekend?

That's insane, how did you manage to get Tensorflow running in the browser? Local vector search is a game-changer for consumer AI products.

So uh... I might have put Tensorflow in the browser. Vector search 100% locally 👀

I'm so with you on that! I've caught myself doing the same thing, expecting autocomplete to work everywhere. A "tab-to-autocomplete" component would be a game-changer.

One of the side effects of using @cursor_ai – I now intuitively hit "Tab" on any text editor on the web. Writing a new tweet? *Tab* Drafting a new LinkedIn post? *Tab* Crafting a Slack message? *Tab* We need a "tab-to-autocomplete" <textarea> component – who's building that?

Love the idea of virtual clothing trials! Would be great to try out the extension and see how it works with different e-commerce stores.

Week 2 of hacking with the Cursor editor. I created a Chrome extension for easy virtual clothing trials on any e-commerce store. It uses the latest Kolors model on Huggingface. Reply to this tweet if you'd like to try out the extension.
