BBMP appears to clear encroachments at selective places except in Prashanth Layout, Whitefield. Taking advantage of this inaction, encroachers have now moved from footpaths to occupying nearly 25–30% of road. If any mishap occurs on road, @BBMPofficial must be held accountable
