In Gujarat, SBI branch managers speak Hindi instead of Gujarati, and we have no issue with that because, for us, language is just a means of communication.

First of all, if someone is worried about the local language not spoken in any state, then i would call them as insecure. Language shld not be forced, ppl should feel pride when they learn and speak. Make an ecosystem, where ppl will learn rather forcing any random North Indians
