Update @DeevyProject : New portal up soon. Testing gas estimates are way better than previously expected. Only about 12$ in ETH. This is the current minting cost from L1 -> L2. Page should be up soon. NOTE: Only LOOT holders can warp from L1

Update @DeevyProject: arbitrum folks helped review the Portal. Code it's ready and we should be redeploying soon the fix to turn it back on. @lootproject holders can warp their Loots to Deevy. Come play in L2 land, more stuff to come soon.

@DeevyProject we found a small bug with the LootPortal that could affect some folks bridging minting in an unlikely scenario. Out of caution pausing L1 minting while we patch it and fix the Portal with the @arbitrum folk. Also the gas estimate may be improved in v2. 🙏
