We have an update that the telecoms engineers are en-route to their site with replacement parts to fix the amplifier
The fault has been diagnosed as an amplifier issue off site with the telecoms provider, we are assured it is in hand, however no ETA yet
We are aware of an connectivity issue at our UK datacenter, we will update when we have more information
