Dean Rueckert is having a huge senior year. Timpview HS is a top 25 high school basketball team in the country. Dean is gonna make an impact for BYU next season as a freshman.

We trained William Openshaw like a guard a lot this off season! Takes it coast to coast at 6’10 with the finish! Will be a gem for BYU Hoops! In season opener he had 18 points 13 rebounds 5 blocks A @DefensiveLove guy!! 💪🏼

When Race Young first started with our @DefensiveLove basketball strength program he could do 4 pull-ups. Today he got 3 sets of 7+ straight leg MB pull-ups. Not easy! He has put in a ton of work and focus! No limit for those who are willing to work hard and correctly! 🦍💪🏻
Getting the legs strong! Mixing in defense and leg work like this 👇🏻we shot 160 high level game speed threes while the legs and lungs were tired! Train like a game!

Grant Hardy has been putting in work all off season with our @DefensiveLove trainings! Shooting 50% from 3 on the year. We go from defensive drills to offensive shots so every shot is game like making the game shots feel a lot easier.
