Yeah man RIP Mac. This shit isn’t sittin well rn. “KIDS” n “Best Day Ever” shaped my view on life at age 14. Those were feel good songs for the ages. “Faces” is probably the most relatable music I’ve ever listened to. That album fr made me feel like I wasn’t alone , no cliche.
I remember the exact moment i found out Mac died, I was in the studio , we dropped the whole session, starting rolling, drinking , crying , and listening to his whole discography. That’s the effect that dude had in on our generation. RIP to one of the most original artists’ ever
