They should have got rid of the cap and tier 1 and 2 perks several years ago. It's an archaic grindy system and unhealthy for new players.
- Raises cap to 2 million - Isn't enough, raises it to 5 million - Multiple people go out of there way to save up BP way above the cap for upcoming characters At what point do we just get rid of the cap all together? After 9 years I still don't see a reason to have a cap for BP.
