I'm no great urban designer or anything like that. Still, I hope the area around the new transit center finds some interesting developers with the vision to create a land-use environment that will make it a people-oriented hub for all transportation options!
Why does the new Federal Office Building face away from downtown Huntsville?
A healthy downtown includes a mix of people, retail (day), and entertainment(night); cars not so much. Pedestrians buy things and love entertainment, cars just sit there and are unappreciative. lnkd.in/eBsCtvua
