Riots choice to force PCS residency to OCE players is still one of the stupidest decisions i've yet to understand. A) Impossible to qualify to Worlds (region diff!) B) Remove opportunity to players (NA residency 👋) C) Hurts NA's talent pipeline (import slot XD)
I want to give a huge shoutout to @Alphari who has been helping me throughout this split. I think he did a really great job at helping me understand certain matchups and how laning phase works. It was nice to see different perspectives.
