The best part of any APPNA, APA, or other academic conference is meeting and engaging with passionate and bright residency applicants. It was a pleasure sharing my insights on the Match process. Wishing all applicants the very best for a successful Match journey ahead!

So Sad to hear about this. I also got a report of 2 young people who died suddenly this week without prior sickness. I thought to share about some possible things that can cause death in young people and what to do. Please if you are less than 45 years. Please read & share

One more death news and I might just lose my mind! People are just dying up and down and It’s overwhelming. Young people! With promising lives ahead of them. Makes you wonder why we live like we’ll live forever. Tomorrow isn’t even promised! Man posted few days ago and now? Gone!

Yes- making your decisions and knowing your why for the choices. I think societal pressures often cloud the inner knowing. So many of us delay our lives for a future that may never come- I was actually the one who thought I wouldn't be here. It shapes my lens, now.

My ex died at age 29. So... I disagree. I missed his last call, because I was too tired and busy from prioritizing my surgery career over my life. Let's normalize prioritizing our lives, love, and happiness. kevinmd.com/2022/02/i-risk…

Hot take: Don’t fall in love from 22-29, there’s to much to lose. Your career will thank you.

Don’t stress yourself over how your life is going to turn out. Nobody has it all figured out. No one knows. Only the One who made you knows what will happen. So live your life the best way you can and attach your heart to the One who matters most.
