31 days until MLB opening day. 31 years ago, in the 1995 World Series, the Atlanta Braves won their lone championship of the 90s. Tom Glavine secured MVP after his 2 huge starts in the series.
Start, Bullpen, Release, Japan Detroit Tigers Tarik Skubal Pittsburgh Pirates Paul Skenes Los Angeles Dodgers Yoshinobu Yamamoto Boston Red Sox Garrett Crochet
I can watch Kyle Schwarber MASH home runs all day, everyday. I’m so happy baseball is back
I have to go with Julio Rodriguez His surge last season makes me believe, that if he puts together a fully healthy campaign. I feel a strong season coming. -40/40 season, Seattle wins division, Julio has his usual stellar defense. Who do you have?
Cleveland Guardians have signed Rhys Hoskins to a minor league deal. I love this, a lot of pop and veteran presences for a young lineup if this works out. He was just hitting clutch home runs for Philly in the postseason and was a respectable bat in Milwaukee.
In case you didn’t know. The San Diego Padres got an absolutely gem in Jose Miranda. Career, when given playing time in Minnesota, he did great things for them. The Padres essentially got him for free and he’s been on fire in spring!
32 days until opening day, 32 years ago, in 1994, the season was cancelled due to the infamous players strike. Here’s the first news telecast that announced the cancelled season due to MLB players not wanting a salary cap.
Another player I’m looking forward to this season is Pittsburgh Pirates Ryan OHearn He’s slowly gotten better year after year and on a comfortable 2 year deal, he should have a big season this year. 25 HR, 80 RBIs, .285 avg, .880 ops. Hit a HR today!
New York Yankees Aaron Judge, the former MVP. Picking it right back up from where he left off. 2/3, 2 Home Runs, 4 RBIs. The man is DIFFERENT.
Royce Lewis with a big home run in his first at bat of the spring! Big year loading!
2/21 Game of the day today: Boston Red Sox vs Minnesota Twins Lineups are stacked, great pitching matchup, spring, baseball, I’m locked in. Looking forward to seeing improved mechanics of Tolle and Royce Lewis
Minnesota Twins pitcher Pablo Lopez unfortunately has to get Tommy John Surgery and won’t sniff the 2026 season and most of 2027. Lopez stats with Twins: 3 season, 31-22, 3.68 ERA, 10 strikeouts and 2 walks per 9 innings Hope he comes back and keeps dazzling
Denzel Clarke with one of the most impossible catches made in MLB history 😮💨
Deep in the archives, ancient baseball history: The Chicago White Sox win a World Series, colorized, 2005
Another player I’m looking forward to this season is Minnesota Twins Royce Lewis. He’s such an exciting player to watch, and I know deep down in my heart if he puts together a fully healthy season… 30 Home runs, 100 RBI, .280 avg.
Happy Spring Training everyone, it’s finally time we play some games! I will be doing a daily game of the day, a pure baseball game we can all look forward to Today will be simple and easy, Baltimore Orioles vs New York Yankees, as it’s going to kick off everything
Gerrit Cole facing live hitters for the first time since Tommy John Surgery. The Yankees ace is officially back
