The beauty of doing nothing is that you can do it perfectly. Only when you do something is it almost impossible to do it without mistakes. Therefore people who are contributing nothing to society, except their constant criticisms, can feel both intellectually and morally superior

One of the scariest things about our times is how easy it is to scare people and start a political stampede. There are people who could be upset if they were told that half of all Americans earn less than the median income—though of course that is the way median income is defined

Important reminder: while we all stress over the election, for virtually all of human history people weren't allowed to choose their own leaders and lived in utter impoverishment -- and for billions all over the globe, that's still true. America is a pretty amazing place.

Think about it!

Anyone who studies the history of ideas should notice how much more often people on the political left, more so than others, denigrate and demonize those who disagree with them — instead of answering their arguments.

There are too many people, especially among the intelligentsia, who will never appreciate the things that have made this country great until after those things have been destroyed — with their help. Then, of course, it will be too late.

African American brothers and sisters, I lack appropriate words but I am so sorrowful for the unrelenting losses and griefs you are bearing. The endurance, strength, honesty of lament & unwillingness to surrender joy I continually see in you humbles & teaches me. Jesus, be near.

Companies who invest in great service are coming out on top. I fear this is vanishing as companies work so hard to avoid a human touch. Costing millions in missed on boarding engagement! Big Problem. AI can not and should not replace a talented agent of the company!

You might think that the collapse of communism throughout Eastern Europe would be considered a decisive failure for Marxism but academic Marxists in America are utterly undaunted. Their paychecks and their tenure are unaffected. Their theories continue to flourish in classrooms.
