Wheatley Road in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex, tied with Erw Fawr in Conwy, Wales with average speeds of just 0.60 Mpbs.

A committee of MPs complains details of BT's planned rural broadband rollout are often insufficient making it hard for rivals to plan their own services.

Hopefully 2014 we will hear some useful information from @DigitalDbshire on what is actually happening, maybe a useful map would be a start!
