That oldest sibling that didn't not want his younger siblings to get into the hard knocks life He went through. And change his life around 360°. He became admired by not just family. He always with us in spirit.
But the teenagers boys , even if they were at least 10 years old. Could have girls calling even coming over to watch tv. She would get into arguments with who ever she was dating about them looking at her sisters. She gets into altercation with her sisters over boyfriends.
When we were teenagers(girls.) A aunt would make us go through the side door through dining room to go outside. We were not allowed to have dinner at the same table if her man was at home. But we were not allowed to have guys friends and no calls from guys until 17 years old
That is so not cool. I know some that turn a blind eye on sexual abusers, simple because they buy them expensive things or lend them money.
I know for fact I have some. It's sad. A family member can be laying in the hospital dying and you got family members telling you know that family member in the hospital used to be messing around with marry men. G.A.L(Get a life!)
You know the ones? Every time you go around them they got past , present drama with someone and want you to be on their side for the drama.
My GG says people should not hold grudges for stuff that doesn't matter anymore. It what divides and separate family. And GG right. I work with seniors citizens and it so sad to see how some have family, but you never see them with their relatives.
Dress the way that makes you happy and comfortable is what it's about for her.

I know my dad is my marriage to my step mom so I know my parents are not likely to get back together. But I see that little spark between them. Lol
mom and I still close and she told me she would have done things differently with my dad. Over the last 2 years is when my dad got to be in my siblings life as a father. I don't know how they were finally able to work things out, but I'm glad. Because my mom family is bad news
They got together when they were 15 years old and had me. They try to make it work off and on for about 10 years.
When my dad goes to pick up or my mom brings my 16 year old brother and 17 year old sister to his house. I can see how they liked each other.

I bet some people don't realize how many people of mixed races need therapy or get therapy because they don't feel like they feel fit in either of the races they may be. To me personally there one true race. The human race. If you must call me color. I prefer light skin brown.
Me and my siblings do have family members on my mom and dad side of the families that have help us deal with these words while we were growing up. But I still see other people going through this and they might not had known how to let people know these words are not nice.
