Their customer service agents are very good as well. It's a shame that they have to work with local cable (@Cogeco I'm looking at you) installers but Distributel is very good.
I would (and have) recommend anybody to look into Distributel and see what they have to offer in your area. It certainly beats unavoidable data caps you may be facing month to month. If you live somewhere cable internet isn't available they offer dsl as well!

Update: Most customers should see service fully restored- we are still working to resolve some issues for a portion of our Cable customers.
