If you're struggling to find a job as a software dev in today's market or don't know how to find freelancing work or high ticket clients, read this (a thread)

I’m looking for a content strategist that has experience in scaling short form content that do Software B2B offers (specifically ig, tiktok). Hit my DMs with a loom of what you do/ experience/what you could do if you join @ByteHint Paid Opportunity, Urgent.

Why isn't there an app yet for your friend groups to collectively reach their goals? Like lose weight, get jacked, stay off drugs for x amount of time? Instead of creating peer pressure and folding to bad habits, why not create the peer pressure for group self improvement?

The return on investment you get on just being in the present and staying observant is unmatched. With time, you get a headstart on new things just because kept a look out. You develop context, things start feeling less unfamiliar. Observe. Listen. Study. Repeat.

Told a website agency I talked to today telling them I'd like to setup a referral system with them since I usually get landing page projects etc., and they literally just said no. Tell me you're a small business owner without telling me you're a small business owner (and that…

This is why you never just accept anyone with a credit card and a pulse, what does that say about your agency or you as a person, more importantly? Narrow down and work with people who have the vision and alignment.

Biggest mistake I made scaling my agency? Saying yes to every project. Low-budget clients = high-maintenance nightmares. Now I qualify hard: - Budget must be $3K minimum - Timeline realistic - They understand MVPs Quality clients > quantity clients.

So relatable 😭

dating as a founder is hard you’re obsessed with what you’re building it consumes every thought, every hour you try to date, but small talk feels foreign you’re wired to build, not to “relax” you don’t want someone to fix it or compete with it you just want someone who…

This is SO true. I disagree with the use MRR or flexing designs that maybe weren't posted with permission or planning that was done only for them and with them and then revealed on twitter without notice. I think its unethical and honestly a little dirty to do that. NOTE- Do…

Imagine there is a bakery that you really like. They're a little pricey, but the food is good and you enjoy eating there. Then you go on their social media and it says: "Price of eggs 50c, but customer just paid $22 🤠" What are you going to think? You would think F these…

Thank you for the kind words George, appreciate it 😊

These devs know how to speak HUMAN in the DMs. As a human, I like that and I would recommend them to any non-technical builders / founders. Follow the. DM them. Ask them about your project. #human #dev #developer #good #tech #ai 1. @zara_ferna94287 2. @MaxVOAO 3. @sammo3x

If you're a cracked dev, please message Jake guys!

One of our recent hires who was supposed to start this week decided to go work for LinkedIn instead due to uncertainty from the H1B situation. I’m from big tech. All my friends are in big tech. Big tech isn’t gonna save you from uncertainty my friend. Startups on the other hand…

Oh my god, coding really is my passion.

People don't talk enough about the constant anxiety and stress there is of just not even knowing if anything will workout. Some days I wonder that maybe I've done too much and spread myself out too thin or maybe I'm trying to accelerate growth faster than it should be.

2025 prediction: Every startup will claim they're 'AI-powered' 90% will just have a ChatGPT wrapper 5% will have actual ML models 1% will build something that matters The gold rush isn't in the gold. It's in selling shovels to gold seekers.

Ahhh its always great coding in C#, always reminds me why I hated it 😍😍😍

If you’re not doing a. 100 reach outs per day b. $100/day in adspend You’re not gonna make it. Marketing requires consistency, volume, and the right pain points. Not my words, @AlexHormozi ‘s

gosh. marketing is so hard.

Very well said. Marketing and product strategy is worth its weight in gold in this day and age. The barrier of entry to building apps is only falling with how accessible AI is getting. No-code tools didn't democratize entrepreneurship, all the did was democratize expensive…

"I'm a developer, not a marketer!" Cool. Stay broke. Or: ➯ Learn marketing yourself (12+ months min.) ➯ Partner with a proven marketer, like us (fast) There are 1000 devs for every marketer who can actually sell software. Your React skills are commoditized. Your ability to…

Being a founder is 90% solving problems you've never seen before. The other 10% is pretending you know what you're doing. Embrace the chaos. Your ability to figure things out > your existing knowledge. Nobody gives you a manual for building a company. You write it as you go.

Your MVP doesn't need 47 features. It needs ONE thing that solves ONE real problem better than anything else. I see founders adding 'just one more feature' before launch. That's not an MVP. That's feature creep in disguise. Ship it. Learn. Iterate. The market will tell you…
