Dnipro Kids were very proud to have received recognition of our work by the Association of Football in Kyiv at our 20th Anniversary Charity Dinner at Easter Road Stadium last week. A huge thank you to Ukrainian Consul Andrii Madzianovskyi for attending and presenting the award.
A huge thank you to everyone that supported the 20th Anniversary Charity Dinner. Thanks to generous donations we raised just short of £8,000. As announced at the Dinner these funds will go towards refocusing our efforts in Ukraine and supporting more orphanage homes in Dnipro

Celebrate 20 years of Dnipro Kids, a charity that supports orphans in Ukraine and, since 2022, has enabled 50+ Ukrainian child refugees to settle in Edinburgh.

A Birthday trip for some of the @DniproKids today. Birthday gifts before the Vue cinema at Omni Centre, then on to Cosmo afterwards. It’s nice to see the kids chatting in the restaurant .. and the open buffet is perfect when you’ve got a dozen fussy teenagers 😉
We were very sad to hear about the passing of Hibs fan Dermot Walsh who was a supporter of the charity. His wife Lilian told us how proud he was to have helped support the charity. There was a collection at Dermots’ funeral that raised just under £1,000 for the charity.
Dnipro has been attacked by Russian drones two nights in a row. Residential areas targeted and lots of casualties, as well as homes destroyed.
