This is a concerning story. Two initial thoughts: ADRTs are there to enable us, with capacity, to make *future* decisions (regardless what our *incapacitous* future self might say?); it again makes me lose confidence in the correct processes and safeguards around ADRTs.

I'm hearing from several organisations that they learnt about the Supreme Court case reconsidering Cheshire West too late to apply as interveners or applications were turned down. What system is in place to ensure that significant cases like these are publicised in advance?
