Oh no, a perk in the multiplayer game Dead By Daylight, which serves as a design of amplifying/modifying the game, forcing a role to ADAPT their gameplay. Discovering what a killer is using is part of the loop. Needing to change tactics and trying to move above them is a staple.
Does anyone else get second-hand embarrassment when they see a full slowdown build on a killer or a cookie cutter survivor build? Dbd players are so scared to try anything else because they have such a winner mentality. For your sake, please mix up the gameplay you call boring.
I'd like a new game mode that has more emphasis on stealth, unlike the more aggro standard mode that mixes with chases and stealth. Some players will bitch about the idea, but maps in DBD are just too bright sometimes and it's not as atmospheric knowing they're "night-time maps"
People can be excited and not scream their heads off like an animal. The teaser played right before the movie started as well, and by that point, it's a good thing ppl stfu
I was in a sold out theater full of people of all ages, from young kids to 20 year olds to senior citizens, and the “Steve Rogers will return in Avengers Doomsday” trailer was met with complete silence and an overwhelming aura of disinterest
I kid you not, the only times FNAF 2 has any sort of tension is every scene that includes Matthew Lillard, and that's only like 3 sequences.

I do agree that you'll still see Myers a lot, but I don't think Halloween TG is going to die very quickly. Illfonic is very good at supporting their games regardless of player count. Halloween as of rn is the biggest slasher name out there.
honestly the halloween game is gonna die so fast you probably won't even notice Myers was removed before he's re-added, considering almost everyone that plays DBD has myers and can continue to play him while he isn't for sale for now
I hear ppl are flaming HTG socials because of Halloween's upcoming removal. This is getting embarrassing to hear knowing damn well you all own the content already. And there's no way in hell you're crying about Lampkin Lane.
Can't say I'm terribly surprised. Michael has basically no skins and more or less everyone who would have bought into the game because of Halloween would have done so at some point in the last nine years. It's sad, but it's an unfortunate reality of licensed Chapters.

It CANNOT be understated how vital Michael Myers & Halloween is the the history of DbD. The fact we're losing characters that are both iconic to not only horror in general, but DbD specifically... holy shit man this stings

I'm curious how they'll present the way he moves in FNAF 3. The games show little to no representation of how he moves outside of two running animations, which at least give you an idea that he's fast. The only visual rep is DBD gameplay, so I figure they'd give that a taste
I hope all the kills in FNAF 3 be from Springtrap like make this man move like a DEMON, a full on SLASHER
