Just hearing the news re the #BryanKohberger plea deal. Wondering if anyone knows if it's an Alford plea of sorts or if he's actually saying he did it?
I understand that people have strong feelings about the #KarenRead verdict. The level of hatred, vitriol, and threats being made to the Jurors is simply not okay. The path to justice for John O'Keefe will never be achieved by this type of behavior.
#KarenRead The Commonwealth have rested their case against #KarenRead. Defense case will be much shorter, perhaps a week or two.
#KarenRead As we go into week 3 of the Karen Read Trial, here's a list of witnesses called by the Commonwealth. Wonder who we'll see this week 👀
#KarenRead Questioning by Mr Brennan of ARCCA witness, Dr Wolfe is spicy. Brennan is making it clear he really doesn't want these witnesses in. Judge Cannone was hoping these witnesses would be done today, but it's not looking likely to me.
#KarenRead The first week of trial is done. Jury have been on their view of 34 Fairview. Monday will be a half day for the Jury. So far, the Commonwealth has called the following witnesses:
❗️VERDICT ❗️ The Jury have found #LoriVallow GUILTY of conspiracy to commit murder.
BREAKING #KarenRead Judge Canone has ordered there be a voir dire of the ARCA witnesses on Friday. Judge is of the view there has been another discovery violation by the defense. The Jury will be given the day off on Friday.
#KarenRead Trial started today and Jury have just been sent home. Commonwealth have called their first witnesses: Timothy Nuttall - Firefighter paramedic Kerry Roberts - Friend of Officer O'Keefe (Her examination will resume tomorrow)
