This and another sink hole created by @PSEGdelivers continue to get deeper. My 86 yr old mother tripped in this one. Lucky for them she did not get hurt. They know about them and have done nothing to fix this negligent effort to fill a hole they created.

Rented a car from @avis through @CostcoTravel. Avis charged me for fuel even though it was returned full then when I called them they couldn't even find my rez. Called Costco and they took care of it like the great org they are. I'm sticking with @Alamo who does not scam me.

The geniuses @JetBlue have no problem BOOKING you online on an @AmericanAir flight but they don't tell you that you can't make changes online & will have to wait through TWO queues on the phone to do anything with the flight. #dontdoit
If you are unable to cancel a @JetBlue flight within 24 hrs b/c their online system keeps sending error message & you're on hold forever, you think you still get a refund?
Are @JFKairport and @EWRairport so far apart that they have vastly different weather? @united keeps cancelling EWR bound flights from @portlandjetport but @Delta keeps flights from @portlandjetport to @JFKairport
Hey @Experian_US, why'd you change the system to unfreeze my credit report. I have a PIN which is now useless b/c you say I need to have an account but you have no way for me to confirm my ID quickly, online. The website says I can but there is no link.
.@TMobile rep told me I would get $200 back on each of 2 iPhones. After purchase and required rigamarole got a note saying I was getting only $100 back per. After 30+ minutes on phone with another rep, determined 1st rep was wrong. #duped
