@DPDgroup_news @DPD_UK After Tuesday, my parcel never left the depot, yet I was repeatedly told it was coming Wed–Fri. I finally reach a human on Friday and get an email saying a parcel search investigation is required. This is incredibly concerning for a high-value item.

@DPD What on earth is happening!!!!! After nearly 12 months of exceptional service, I now have to put up with large/heavy parcels being dumped anywhere. Today 4 parcel left out in the pouring rain with this photo as ‘proof’. Can’t see an open door or anything of use!!!!

Thank you! Just as a bit of background since early December (when my problems started) of the 60 deliveries, estimated 10 were delivered correctly. As my address is a name (as opposed to number) I use the app to give extensive instructions as to where it is, but that is ignored

@DPD_UK_Support NO response on the complaint and outstanding money owed for overcharges, lost packages since the start of Dec! What is going on, all processes and forms have been followed and submitted!!!! The lack of customer care is disgusting!!!

Can companies in the UK PLEASE stop using DPD! They’re one of the worst delivery companies and their customer services team is difficult to get hold of and is shockingly terrible when you get through to them. @DPD_UK

@DPD_OfficialUK Massively disappointed that my DPD GOLD Christmas parcel that was damaged, repackaged, goods stolen out of it and then returned back to myself in different packaging IS NOT COVERED - when advised was covered up to £100 Disgusting and unacceptable

@DPD_OfficialUK What is the point of leaving instructions for a parcel to be left in a safe place if your driver just dumps it on my front step in full view of the street? And I then have to ask for someone to take it in so it wont get stolen?
