So I've been a keen photographer for years. I like to think I know what I'm talking about. But Saturday I photograph my first wedding. Next level. Safe to say I'm bricking it!
I love mentoring. It's a v. effective use of my time and I've learned a lot from it. A small thing, but today a mentee reports that they've taken a particular approach that I've shared, used it in their new team and had a sig. +ve impact, helping overcome a challenge. Buzzing 😁
