The DriveStart programme which won @CIHTUK John Smart #RoadSafety award is all about trying to establish healthier social norms to affect risk behaviours (reducing speed and in car distraction, improving seatbelt wearing), weird of @JuliaBradbury to be ok with dangerous driving.
