If a "union" has Uber's blessing, it should tell every driver & real unionist that the bill is a set up and they should fight it with all they have. @SEIU drivers aren't less worthy of democratic unionism than other workers. How dare you enter our industry just to sell us out.

Challenges to Prop 22 will be heard in the CA Supreme Court next week! If it is overturned we will have our full labor rights back - but we need regulation of pay to ensure fair rates that are enforceable by the state. We think this simple regulation will move us forward! /1
