Sleep easy Felix. Used to love seeing her when I passed through Huddersfield. She will be sorely missed.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Felix. On Sunday, she peacefully went to sleep, in the loving comfort of Angie Hunte (Station Manager) and Jacqui Cox (Station Team Leader). We will miss her dearly
Up this week, we'll be taking my first post nationalisation look at TransPennine Express, aboard one of their high-speed (by British standards at least) Nova 1 sets to see how things now stack up for them. Video live at 4pm BST tomorrow 😁

Up this Friday, we'll be taking a look at low-cost coach operator, FlixBus, travelling between Leeds and Newcastle. Got to say, I was very surprised with the FlixBus experience, and in a good way! Video goes live at 4pm BST tomorrow 😁
TPE back to Yorkshire! Definitely strange to be leaving Newcastle on a southbound service from a northbound platform.
One of my more requested ones, especially since I started covering local transit. Finally time to check out the Tyne & Wear Metro from Newcastle to Sunderland.
