In London this weekend for a circuit training course. Stopped into my old gym yesterday. Great to catch up and bounce a few ideas around.


Satisfying session on chest and triceps. Salad, omelette and a cup of decaf as my reward.


Working on an extreme 6 week plan to get people into the best shape of their lives. Gonna be ugly!


First time in the gym in over a week today, been training at home. A good session on chest and I feel like me again!
