Really don't see why O'Brien and Röhl aren't starting.
So there was a window for this guy, it actually overlapped with phasing Doucouré out pretty nicely. That window has now gone.
A lot of talk about Aznou not being ready, or Röhl not being ready. Tim Iroegbunam isn't ready either by those standards, so I don't get the point.
6.5/10 for me. Unsure of the overall strategy and still gaps in the squad even though significant money was available. Happy with the players themselves brought in, most at decent price points too.

Thought Michael Keane was brilliant today btw, some of his switches were exceptional. You'll struggle to find many 4th choice CBs as good as him in the PL.

Could maybe see something like this working going into the season and then into the future. A new DM to play alongside Gueye is crucial and it would be helpful if it was someone who could also make future midfields with KDH work. An attacking RB would be great for this season...
Going into the window we needed a starting RW, starting DM and a starting RB. We are still yet to sign a single one.
